This estate is located on the outskirts of a village not far from Avignon. It is very easily accessible, only 10 mins from the A9, 20 mins from the A7, and 20 mins from Avignon. 

BUILDING

Of typical Provençal construction, the 220 m² building with garage occupy a commanding position that offers beautiful uninterrupted views.

VINEYARD

Approximately 20 ha of the estate’s 22 ha vineyard is classified for cru wines. It is in good condition and divided into "biens de villages", providing varied and complementary terroirs. Grenache is the main grape variety. Harvesting is carried out both mechanically and manually, with an average harvest of approximately 750 hl.
