VINEA TRANSACTION, the benchmark for wine estate transactions.
In the main vineyards, the Vinea Transaction agencies were able to conclude significant transactions with a foreign clientele that was significantly more active than in 2015.

-
Bordeaux : Chinese investors are still there. Vinea Transaction Bordeaux has just signed a transaction with Chinese … More than 130 domains are under the Chinese flag. This figure is not alarming when we compare the sales figures for Bordeaux wines, then 15% of the volumes produced go to ASIA.
- Languedoc: Vinea Transaction Languedoc has just completed a sale in Béziers with an American investor specialising in the food industry. A Russian investor has taken over Château Capion, the fourth ‘Russian’ in the Languedoc vineyards after St Martin de La Garrigue, Saint Louis and Prieuré St Jean de Bebian.
- Rhône Valley : A Quebec investor has taken over, through Vinea Transaction Vallée du Rhône, a pretty estate in Ventoux. Mr. Tremblay, Quebec importer who already owns an estate in the Douro and Gers.
-
Provence : The agency of Vinea Transaction Provence Cote d’Azur has just concluded….
Coming soon, … other Chinese in the South of France, negotiations are underway!
