Located to the north of Nîmes and Montpellier , the Château Puech Long is changing owners.

Vinea Transaction Languedoc had the pleasure of supporting Mr. Lionel Frizon in its acquisition of Château Puech Long.

Originally from the Cévènnes, after a few years in Paris in IT, the new owner, Mr. Lionel Frizon, returns to his region of origin to invest in a wine estate … The acquisition of Château Puech Long is part of the this new life project.

An exceptional and unique place with great agro-tourism potential, a mansion of rare quality overlooking the surrounding nature! The property of 57 ha offers a wine potential of 15 ha of vines in AOP Duchy of Uzes and Vin de Pays. The vineyard is based on a very qualitative clay-limestone terroir located at altitude medium and benefiting from beautiful exhibitions. The estate was renamed Terres d’Hachène .
