I have been selecting Vinea Transaction because of their large choice of wine estates for sale. Our first contact has been simple and honest and they tried first to understand the reason why I wanted to start being a winemaker. We were able to state the selection requirements and to select the wine estates matching my profil and expectations. Living in the North of France, I contacted Paul Hosteing in order to present my project to him : I wanted to make an investment combining security of my patrimony, return of investment, security and remote management. I have been particularly interested in Cognac for it’s protected identity and the good brand image. 14 month later I got a call, learning that he has been mandated to sell a farm in Cognac perfectly conform to my expectations. I realized a complexe investment directed by the agency Quatuor Vignobles, where precision and fairness between both parties have been respected.

The best way to appreciate the quality of the service of Vinea Transaction is to come and drop me a visit at my wine estate. From the retail sector, passioned in wine I was looking for a wine estate with good potential and a place to live with my family, making the research complicated. After several visits in the different regions of Gironde we choosed Médoc, closed to the Atlantic and nature, and known for it’s famous wines.
