“NATURE WINE” IN THE PIEMONT CEVENOL VINEYARD AND CELLAR ON 14 HA
Wine-growing estate located in the Cévenol Piedmont, at the foot of the Cévennes mountains, a region rich in history and natural beauty.
The nearest major towns are Nîmes, famous for its well-preserved Roman remains, and Montpellier, a lively city with a Mediterranean atmosphere.
Vineyard
The vineyards are situated 135 metres above sea level in the Cévennes foothills, on clay-limestone soil rich in Valanginian marl.
Facing south-west and with an average age of 40 years, the vines benefit from an environment that is conducive to their development.
The vineyard is worked using a natural approach, using only compost if necessary, and working the soil entirely mechanically. Weed control under the vines is carried out using a special intercep.
The wines produced are renowned for their high quality.
Cellar and farm buildings
The cellar and farm buildings are rented out, with the possibility of taking over the lease.
Machinery
The cellar is made up of fibreglass and stainless steel vats and a barrel cellar.
Cellar and growing equipment are included in the sale price.
