Vineyard

The estate’s vineyards comprise 9.30 hectares of PDO Côtes du Rhône, 14.70 hectares of Côtes du Rhône Villages and 0.50 hectares of PGI. The grape varieties are in line with the requirements of the Côtes du Rhône appellations, notably Grenache, Syrah, Cinsault and Carignan for the red wines, and Grenache blanc, Ugni blanc, Roussanne and Marsanne for the white wines.

The recently renovated main house (150 m²) is south-facing and offers 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 2 lounges and a kitchen, as well as a swimming pool for relaxing with family and friends. The 230 m² outbuildings include a garage, a cellar, storage and an office.

Cellar and outbuildings

The estate does not have a vinification cellar.

The estate has all the necessary farming equipment in very good condition, including a grape-picking machine. Vinification is carried out by a service provider, and outbuildings with sheds and a sales cellar complete the estate.
