Rare – Golden Triangle of the Luberon – Wine-growing estate in one piece

This wine-growing estate of around 20 ha, located in the heart of the Luberon, is in a popular tourist region, close to the emblematic villages of Gordes, Roussillon, Oppède and Ménerbes. It is easily accessible, just 35 minutes from Avignon TGV station and 45 minutes from Marseille airport.

Vineyard

The estate comprises 29.4 hectares of vineyards, of which 15 hectares are owned and 14.4 hectares leased. It is planted on a south/south-east-facing terrace at an altitude of 250 m, with very well-drained limestone soil. The vineyard is certified organic by Ecocert, and 80% of the plots are irrigated. The vineyard is dominated by Grenache and Syrah, with a diversity of 12 grape varieties, producing AOP and IGP wines.

Mas Provençal

The Mas Provençal, typical of the Luberon, is a 260 m² U-shaped building, entirely renovated in the Provençal tradition. It comprises a kitchen, dining room, living room, five bedrooms, two bathrooms and a toilet. The mas also has a terrace with garden and a swimming pool with pool house.

There is also an independent 70 m² guest house, comprising a living room, kitchen, bathroom and two bedrooms.

Cellar and outbuildings

The winery is located 200 m from the main farmhouse and comprises buildings dedicated to winemaking and to welcoming the public. The 250 m² wine-making cellar is fully equipped and has a capacity of 2,500 hl. The winery also has a special area of 200 m² for barrel ageing, packaging and storage.

The estate also has a tasting cellar and a sales area, with a 120 m² canopy to welcome customers.

A 60 m² equipment shed houses the equipment needed for organic viticulture, including a grape harvester and tractors.
