This 42-hectare wine estate is ideally located just 20 minutes from Avignon, a city of culture and art, and the famous City of the Popes, in the heart of the tourist villages of the Rhône Valley. The estate, which is all in one piece, is set in hillside countryside, offering a peaceful and pleasant atmosphere, just 20 minutes from Châteauneuf du Pape. Easy access is provided by the A9 motorway and Avignon TGV station.

Around 35.5 hectares are classified as Cru, including 32 hectares around the farmhouse and winery.
An additional 1.5 hectare of non-adjacent PGI land completes the estate.
A borehole irrigates 7 hectares of vines.

Housing

Set in the heart of the vineyards, around 300 metres from the winery, is a farmhouse of around 220 m² awaiting renovation. This farmhouse is connected to mains water and electricity, offering the potential to be converted into a comfortable living space within the estate.

Winery and outbuildings

Overlooking the vineyards, the semi-underground cellar, built in the 1970s, is situated on the hillside and has a vat capacity of 5,300 hectolitres. The cellar, which uses a gravity-fed system, is both functional and spacious.
Offices and a 120 m² air-conditioned storage area complete the facilities.
