Vineyard
The vineyard covers 9 hectares, including 8.30 hectares of AOP Ventoux. This vineyard offers exceptional potential.
The vineyard benefits from ideal conditions for viticulture thanks to its altitude (300 to 350 m), enabling better management of water stress and summer heat. Hand harvesting generates an annual production of around 190 to 200 hectolitres, mainly sold in bottles. The estate has also been certified organic (Ecocert) for over 30 years.

The renovated 340 m² winegrower’s farmhouse offers spacious, comfortable living accommodation. It comprises two lounges, one with a fireplace, a large living room with kitchen, an office, as well as 7 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Outside, there is a landscaped courtyard with a pool, a relaxation area with a swimming pool with decking (6 x 13 m), a summer kitchen and a studio flat of around 40 m². A small independent flat completes the property.
Cellar and outbuildings
The 150 m² semi-buried cellar is fully equipped for vinification, storage and packaging.
