Wine estate in AOP Ventoux – Wine estates of 18 HA

Wine estate over 16.5 ha locatedt at the heart of the Comtat Venaissin, at the foot of the Mont Ventoux nearby touristic Provence villages. It enjoys panoramic views, overlooking the Mont Ventoux, the Monts of Vaucluse and surroundin countryside, in a most pleasant environnement.
Access to Avignon, highway and TGV train station in 45 min.

Vineyard

The wine estate of 16.5 ha offers 15 ha of vines in AOP Ventoux (Grenache Noir, Syrah, Carignan, Grenache blanc et Ugni blanc). The vineyard is concentrated around the buildings for a large part, the other part being located near other villages close to the main plot.
The estate also includes a hundred feet olive grove and agricultural land, which provides opportunity for increasing the vineyard surface or producing olive oil.

Housing

Set on a soft slop and overlooking its peaceful surrounding, the 17^th-c. farmhouse over 450 m² will require complete renovation. Outside, you will also find a historical stone basin.
A semi-detached building is home to a “gîte”, over 42 m², which was fully renovated 10 years ago.

All the buildings are supplied by town water, and the individual sewage system in place will have to be replaced.

In a bucolic environment, set apart from the main plot, a smaller farmhouse to refurbish completes this unique estate. It is set at the heart of olive trees and other land in terraces, and overlooks its surroundings.
