Situated in the heart of the majestic Dentelles de Montmirail, this exceptional wine estate enjoys a prime location with breathtaking panoramic views. Close to the tourist villages of Orange, Vaison-la-Romaine and Avignon, it is ideally accessible by major motorways, just 20 minutes away. Avignon TGV station is 35 minutes away and Marseille airport just over an hour.

Vineyard

The estate covers a total of 40 hectares, including more than 34 hectares of vines, divided as follows:

3 ha in Cru Gigondas
25.86 ha in Côtes du Rhône Villages with commune name
6 ha in IGP Principauté d’Orange

The vineyards, situated on terraces, are divided into three blocks. The main vineyard (12 ha) surrounds the winery and buildings, while the secondary vineyard (12 ha) and the Gigondas vineyard (3 ha) are just a few kilometres from the property.

Housing

The property comprises Provencal-style buildings forming a small farming hamlet:

Main farmhouse in need of restoration: 300 m².
Renovated farmhouse: 80 m²
Small mazet: 30 m²

Two sheds (20 m² and 60 m²) and a sheepfold in need of renovation complete the property.
The water supply comes from mains water and a borehole.

Winery and marketing

The independent vinification cellar, with a total capacity of around 3,000 hl, is fully equipped (concrete, fibreglass and stainless steel vats). There is also an air-conditioned, insulated storage cellar, guaranteeing the quality of the wines.

The estate’s wines, which regularly win awards from the French and Anglo-Saxon press, are sold in France and abroad.
