This property has lots of character and is tucked away in a small woody valley, near to a picturesque village on the slopes of the Southern Luberon.
The property is easy to reach from the motorway which is found 15 mn away. Aix en Provence is found 30 km away and Marseille airport is 45 mn away.
Housing
The main house renovated in recent years, has a surface area of nearly 350 m².
Two appartments, each of approximately 55 m² and the nearby outbuildings of approximately 200 m² can be used for tourism activities such as bed and breakfast.
Behind the house is an attractive swimming pool with landscaped borders.
Vineyard
The 13 ha vineyard is mainly classed as AOP Luberon. The grape varieties planted correspond to the requirements of the appellation’s charter.
The vineyard is certified organic for 2020 and has several watering.
10 ha of fields are planted with cereals and offer a useful land reserve for the renewal of the vineyard.
The remaining land is made up of woods and hillsides.
Winery and outbuilding
The property has no winery; the harvest is currently sold to the local cooperative cellar.
A set of farm sheds is found 150 m away from the houses. It shelters the farm machinery in good conditions.
